Tracked Swiss delivery
Swiss delivery CHF 5.70 | Free from CHF 100
Swiss delivery costs CHF 5.70 below CHF 100.00; free from CHF 100.00 after discounts. In-stock orders with confirmed payment before 12:00 (Europe/Zurich), Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. Later orders: next dispatch working day. All physical shipments have tracking. Delivery depends on Swiss Post; next-working-day delivery is an estimate only after the carrier service is confirmed.
Free delivery is based on jewellery value after discounts, before gift-card or store credit. Digital gift cards do not count.
Estimate for in-stock pieces with confirmed payment, Monday to Friday, 12:00 Zurich cutoff. Not a guaranteed delivery date.
14-day returns
You can return jewellery within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason: unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging (worn earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons). Report it on your order or by email; you pay the return postage. We refund to your payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
Size exchange
If a piece does not fit, we exchange it for another size of the same model, as long as it is available. The exchange itself is free; you pay the postage.
Report a defect / wrong item
If a piece has a defect or you received the wrong piece, the statutory two-year warranty applies. Report it as soon as you notice it, also after the 14 days; we exchange it free of charge and pay the postage, or refund it if an exchange is not possible.
Gift card / store credit
Use the code at checkout; whatever you do not use stays on it for your next purchase. Gift cards are not discounted and cannot be bought with credit.
Store credit is based on what you actually paid for the returned piece. It has no expiry date and works with the email address of your order.
Product photographs
Lighting, screens and magnification may slightly affect perceived colour, shine or size. Stated dimensions and materials govern. Natural variations apply only to products described as using natural materials. A different design, wrong material or a material defect is not covered by this notice; customer rights remain intact.
