Returns & size exchanges

You can return jewellery within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason: unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging (worn earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons). Report it on your order or by email; you pay the return postage. We refund to your payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.

Free delivery from CHF 100.00: if, after a return, the pieces you keep from the order are worth less than CHF 100.00, we deduct the delivery fee (CHF 5.70) from the refund or store credit. This does not apply to faulty pieces or wrong deliveries, or to exchanges.

If a piece does not fit, we exchange it for another size of the same model, as long as it is available. The exchange itself is free; you pay the postage.

If a piece has a defect or you received the wrong piece, the statutory two-year warranty applies. Report it as soon as you notice it, also after the 14 days; we exchange it free of charge and pay the postage, or refund it if an exchange is not possible.
