Delivery & returns
Swiss delivery CHF 5.70 | Free from CHF 100 Estimate for in-stock pieces with confirmed payment, Monday to Friday, 12:00 Zurich cutoff. Not a guaranteed delivery date.
14-day returns
You can return jewellery within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason: unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging (worn earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons). Report it on your order or by email; you pay the return postage. We refund to your payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
Size exchange
If a piece does not fit, we exchange it for another size of the same model, as long as it is available. The exchange itself is free; you pay the postage.
Gift cards
Use the code at checkout; whatever you do not use stays on it for your next purchase. Gift cards are not discounted and cannot be bought with credit.
Jewellery care
Store separately in a dry place. Keep away from perfume and cleaning products. Use an appropriate soft cloth; pearl accents require extra care.
